- July 2023 – Plan sealing completed and titles issued, marking the successful completion of the subdivision process.
- August 2023 – Project completion achieved within the planned 9-month timeframe.
- October 2023 – Both new lots sold for $475,000 each, demonstrating strong buyer demand and validating the development strategy.
