  • February 2024 – Property leased for $450 per week, achieving an impressive 7.6% rental yield, providing strong holding income and immediate positive cash flow.
  • August 2025 – Current valuation confirmed at $525,000, representing a 76% capital growth in less than two years.
  • October 2025 – Granny flat design process commenced. This will be built at the rear of the property using the equity gained. Client does not need to spend a single cent in the construction of the granny flat.
